Chief of Israel’s Military Intelligence told the government that rocket attacks on Israel intensified after the IDF dealt “a huge blow” to Hamas, killing 5 of its operatives (out of 20,000) trained “in Lebanon, Syria, and Iran.” Amos Yadlin did not elaborate why the five operatives were so greatly important to Hamas, what immense terrorist act they prepared, what moved them to receive training in all the three major terrorist countries, or what so critical training is required for a terrorist act.
