The Supreme Court ruled that the leftist Attorney General Mazuz can suspend the prime minister if he deems Olmert uncooperative with the police investigation.
The court is the last vestige of leftist rule in Israel, a self-appointing body removed from the public control and unconcerned with Jewish state’s needs.
