“Justice” Meltzer demanded that the government prosecutes Jewish settlers who trespass on Palestinian lands. The leftist is unconcerned with scores of Palestinians who trespass on Jewish land, burn field, and rob Jewish farmers.
In any decent legal system such a command from the high court to prosecution would be grossly improper and disqualify the court.
It is also not clear what are the Israel High Court’s obligation toward Palestinian foreigners and their foreign land.
