Selective ethics of Israeli justice

Police arrested a journalist who published the photos of Carmel fire victims [1], including their dead bodies. The charge, oddly, is desecration of memory of the dead.

If that memory, a highly irrational concept, is so important, why do the courts and media insist on burying non-Jews on Jewish cemeteries? Why journalists can publish private photos of any living person, but not of the dead?

In the world of moral objectivism, practiced by activist justices, the journalist was arrested unreasonably.
