As was expected, the Russians didn’t actually deliver S-300 to Iran, but announced the deal in order to heat up the situation, gain importance, and extract something from the United States and Israel.
The Russian Defense Ministry official who announced the S-300 sale to Iran said today he meant some other weapons.
