Rescue whom?

After an Israeli helicopter crashed in Romania, killing six Jews and a Romanian local who were aboard, we have one question: what kind of search-and-rescue mission were they practicing in the Romanian mountains? The idea that they were practicing to conduct commando raids against Iranian nuclear installations seems more plausible.
