Rabbi Dov Lior of Kirayt Arba and Hebron issued a commonsense halachic ruling prohibiting transfer of any weapons to any Arabs. The halacha comes a bit late, as Israel has already supplied Palestinian enemies with massive quantities of weapons and ammunition.
The ruling admonishes all Jews, especially IDF soldiers and officers to disrupt weapons transfers to Palestinians.
Rabbi Dov Lior declared the participants of such transfers “spillers of Jewish blood”, which automatically condemns them to execution.

These people who have plotted, or participated in the arming of the enemies of Israel do indeed have blood on their hands. There is no way to explain this away. They indeed will have to answer to all of us, but I fear rather their need to answer to the Most High for the killing of His chosen people. How does one explain away that one has provided the weapons that killed innocent school children? And, how does one live with oneself knowing that he/she has participated in the killing of their neighbors children. How does one hold ones head up in the company of other Jews when one is an accomplice in their losses. The shame on the government is great, they must all resign and we should elect those of sound character and high morals, those who will uphold TORAH. We have tried the other way, clearly it does not work, now it’s our turn.
