These people are often called fake holocaust survivors which is not that fair as I see it. Fake holocaust survivors are actually Jews and they have the right to enjoy the benefits as other survivors do.
Israel+intellectual property+OECD are more important issues to think about. And the survivors already have quite a lot of benefits.
