That’s the US for you! Just try to bribe everyone into not blowing up the world with money we don’t have! It’s pathetic! We should spend the money on making sure they don’t have nuclear capability. World court needs to decide that these aggressive, unstable countries just don’t get to endanger us all- & then enforce it. You want nuclear? Give it up, end the program or you’re going to get to see nuclear close up.
