In truth, dozens of Arab rioters surrounded David Beeri in his car. The riots were premeditated, with Al Jazeera and AFP journalists present. Police did not intervene. Beeri attempted to escape, and in the process hit two young Arabs who stood in his way throwing rocks at his car.
Current law bars Jews from using firearms against Arab murderers who try to lynch them as long as the Jews can drive away. So Beeri did, and now he is guilty of attempting to escape the lynch mob.
Only two were killed? They got away lucky!
