The Rabbis chose to forget about the repeated statements in our own prayers expressing the hope that all other nations will abandon idolatry and turn to God as we understand him.
The real problem is deeper. Politically correct rabbis created an American Judaism which is no different from common ethics. They cannot compete with Christians on theological grounds, have no arguments for why Jews should remain Jewish, and concentrate instead on decrying the Christian efforts at wooing their flock away.

Furious Jews seem to be forgetting the basic rules of any religion and these are kindness and tolerance. Furious Jews are silly Jews because it’ll be extremely easy to cope with them.
Jews may be indignant of course, although they’re always are. But as Gerald Kaufman says they’ve been paying too much attention to the idea of holocaust and all the sufferings they’ve experienced.
