Israeli Arabs indicted for attempted kidnapping

of a Jewish soldier. The three belong to the Hamas-aligned Islamic Movement, which is legal in Israel despite massive crimes and incitement.
Israel banned the Kach Party over an isolated incident in the Cave of the Patriarchs where Dr. Baruch Goldstein shot a number of Arabs, but tolerates much more radical Islamic Movement, as not to upset her loyal Arab citizens.
