Israeli government reneged on its promise of giving the evicted Jewish farmers land plots in Israel. Israel builds seven additional towns for Bedouin and the Supreme Court legalized their land grab.

Two Jewish families settled an abandoned house on the land Jews purchased at Hebron marketplace. The house lease to Hebron municipality became moot long ago. IDF ordered the Jews to leave.

Olmert promised to Arabs dismantling the roadblocks that stop Arab terrorists from infiltrating Israel. IDF erects roadblocks around Jewish settlement of Homesh destroyed on Sharon’s orders during disengagement. IDF roadblocks will prevent Jews from entering Homesh. Romans under Hadrian banned Jews from settling in Jerusalem only, but Israeli government aims higher.

Israeli police violently evicted hundreds of conservative Jews who entered the abandoned settlement of Homesh to rebuild it, and destroyed foundation for a new synagogue in Homesh. Hundreds of illegally built mosques dot Israel.

Kibbutz movement protests over the government’ reneging on its promise to provide Jewish settlers evicted from Gush Katif with land plots to develop. Wives of the evictees began a hunger strike before the government’s office.

Police again evicted conservative activists from the destroyed settlement of Homesh which they defiantly attempt to rebuild. Nothing like Amona, but police was dragging the demonstrators by hands and legs, as usual.
Police already evicted them on Monday. Israeli government bans Jews from abandoned settlements.

Police beat dozens of Jews who started construction of a new settlement on Jewish-owned land near Efrat. The government approved the construction, but Construction Minister Mofaz maliciously moved the separation barrier to exclude the new settlement.

The Council of Settlements, a treacherous organization on the Ministry of Internal’s payroll, shows signs of improvement under new leadership. The Council of Yesha publicly denounced Rice’s statement calling Judea and Samaria “occupied territories.” That sort of occupation is biblically mandated.

Ignoring tens of thousands illegally built Arab houses, Israeli establishment evicted two Jewish families from Hebron. The two families of religious Jews lived in abandoned market on the land legally purchased by Jews.
The encounter didn’t live up to Amona, though Hebron generally attracts the toughest Jews. Hebronites cannot afford alienating the state too much for the fear of being evicted from the entire city.
Police operated with horror movies memorabilia: chainsaws, power clippers, and sledge hammers. Young Jews answered the traitors with rocks and pieces of concrete, cooking oil and eggs. Six police bandits ended the day in hospital.
IDF will punish rabbis, impose sanctions on Jewish religious schools whose rabbis counseled the soldiers to refuse expelling religious Jews from Hebron. IDF guarded the police which did the eviction. Defense Minister Barak joined the fray against the decent rabbis. IDF will use the refusal to dismantle hesder units where religious Jews serve in the army. The religious units, immune to peacenick brainwashing, have long been an annoyance to the IDF. The soldiers did not refuse a lawful order: using the IDF against Jews is illegal beyond doubt. IDF circumvented the law by pretending it guards the police against Palestinians during the eviction – a transparent lie.

Sela administration reports disengagement costs from Gaza of $4 billion or 500,000 per person. Hardly any family received a quarter of that amount.
Costs will continue rising as only 10% of the relocation settlements are constructed.

Uri Ariel (MAFDAL) accused Israeli government of deliberately withholding Jewish property in Hebron. Hundreds of buildings legally owned by Jews were abandoned after the 1929 massacre, and are know under the guardianship of Israeli government which refuses returning them to heirs and prohibits Israelis to settle in Jewish-owned neighborhoods in Hebron.
Obadiah Shoher advanced a solution long ago: Jews need to refuse their Israeli citizenship to bypass Israeli restrictions on her citizens’ residing in Hebron. Stateless Jewish refugees would have more rights in Hebron than Israeli citizens.

Few days after the milestone decision by Justice David Gadol that the Disengagement Law expired with the end of Sharon’s disengagement from Gaza and Jews are no longer prohibited from entering the destroyed settlements, Zionist activists moved back into Homesh. IDF searches for them to arrest, ostensibly to save from Arabs.

Haaretz, a sensible left paper, runs today an article suggested what this site advocates for some time: even if Israel withdraws from Judea and Samaria, the settlers should be allowed to stay under Palestinian jurisdiction. For us, that’s the first step toward the state of Judea.

Head of the committee on illegal outposts Haim Ramon rejected Lieberman’s demand. Olmert, Barak, and Ashkenazi will set the eviction date at their convenience.
Ramon promised clear guidelines on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria. Arabs build with no guidelines, but Jews are now subjected to government’s arbitrariness.
Conservative activists prepared Jews the best gift for this Succoth. Women in Green promises to construct five more illegal outposts this month.

Israeli leftists set up One Home charity that offers to buy houses from Jewish villagers who happen to live outside of the proposed separation barrier. Meretz seeks to buy houses on the cheap and either get reimbursed by Arab and European donors of the peace process or profitably resell the houses if the security barrier’s route is changed to include them into Israel.
Israeli Supreme Court routinely orders dismantling the barrier when it cuts through illegal Palestinian villages but is unconcerned that the barrier cuts off tens of thousands of Jewish houses in the existing villages.

Jewish leftists and Arab right-wingers petitioned Israeli Supreme Court to ban town admission panels. The panels are usually established in small Jewish communities to sift through the applicant and establish comfortable cultural homogeneity of Jewish villages. Frankly, Jews don’t want to admit Arab terrorists in their villages.
The leftist Supreme Court routinely strikes down every measure Jews take to dissociate from Arabs. The same judicial scum banned Jews from buying houses in Arab and Bedouin villages so that the Jews don’t upset the Arabs.

IDF, Border police attacked conservative Jews the day after they established outposts on several hills in Judea and Shomron. The outposts were established on Jewish land in strategically important locations. Israeli government ignores hundreds of thousands of housing units Israeli Arabs constructed illegally on Israeli land.

53 out of the 120 members of Israeli Knesset signed a petition demanding that Israeli government support Jewish community in Hebron. Hebron is the capital of King David and the place where the Patriarchs are buried. Abraham bought the first land plot in Canaan just where the Jews live now in Hebron.
Arabs massacred Jewish religious community of Hebron in 1929. Israeli government bars the Jews from buying real estate in Hebron, and refuses returning the 1929 property to Jewish heirs.

Arabs hurled three Molotoff cocktails at Jews near the town of Kalkilya, in the Arab-occupied Jewish land of Samaria.

In March this year, Jews legally purchased a house in Hebron which controls a strategically important junction. During the next large-scale Arab attack on the religious Jews in Hebron, the house would provide Jews with firing positions to allow their families evacuate to Kiryat Arba. Jewish leftists, accordingly, attach great importance to evicting the house owners so that the Arabs could massacre the Jewish community of Hebron.
Israeli government announced that police should evict the Jews from the house because they didn’t purchase it. The government’s order comes in spite of the clear legal documents, previously investigates by the relevant Israeli authorities. The government could have issued a deliberately absurd order to allow the Hebron Jewish community to appeal it in court, while at the same time making good on Olmert’s promises to crack down on religious Jews in Judea euphemistically called “settlers.”
