The peace process dealer Peres met the porn star-turned-Kabbalah authority Madonna, and discussed the peace process for two hours.
Leviticus 11:14: “They are a detestable thing:…. Peres”

Long gone the days when Egyptian president Sadat came to Israel to sue for peace. Now Israeli rulers lowly travel to Egypt to meet the Egyptian boss at his convenience. Olmert will see Mubarak tomorrow.

Olmert refuses to finance bomb shelters for the residents of Israeli north (and south, too) or consider plans for evacuating the people in wars such as the 2006 Lebanese war.
Israeli government constructs a mammoth bomb shelter for itself in Jerusalem, connected by underground railroad to Ben Gurion airport.

Mentally deranged Israeli UN ambassador signed a condolence for Algeria over the recent terrorist bombings. Algeria’s population is virulently anti-Israeli. Needless to say, Algeria never issued a condolence over any terrorist act in Israel.

At the Paris forum, Livni supports raising $5.6 billion for Palestinians. It never occurred, say, to the British to conduct fund-raisers for poor Nazis.

Ramon acknowledges the Israeli government cannot prevent the spread of “illegal” outposts on the Jewish land, and “extremists undemocratically dictate Israel’s way.” Oh sure, Ramon was very democratic when sexually harassed a Jewish girl, for which he served a sentence.

The Knesset Ethics Committee lambasted MK Eldad for saying that Olmert “has blood on his hands,” a term to denote Palestinian terrorists who murdered or wounded Jews. Winograd report, however, supports Eldad findings, as Israeli soldiers were killed in the last-minute ground offensive which the justices declared senseless.

Speaking at the Minorities Sector Economic Development Authority, Olmert admitted discrimination against Israeli minorities, various breeds of Arabs.
Let them enjoy equality in Jordan. And poor beings, they suffer so much by not being drafted into the IDF, not paying taxes, and ignoring building permits.

And several deaths and huge number of casualties in Shderot are not enough to “hit Hamas hard”?

Long gone are the days when Sadat went to Israel. Now Israeli leaders submissively come to Arab capitals.

as Olmert’s government set Shalit’s release a firm condition of ceasefire with Gaza. It is an odd idea to continue endangering Sderot and Ashkelon over a single Israeli MIA.

where Olmert stayed in America, paid by Morris Talansky. A similar scandal recently plagued Netanyahu who stayed in London during the 2006 Lebanon war in hotel apartments paid by a Jewish contributor.
Though morally questionable, it’s not illegal for anyone to accept payment for his hotel stay from someone else.

According to Morris Talansky’s testimony in Jerusalem court, he gave Olmert $150,000 of his own money during the 15-year period, and arranged $100,000 donations. Talansky asserts Olmert never did him any favors in return.
Talansky paid for Olmert’s personal expenses in the US, such as hotel stays - which is the normal practice among the dishonest Israeli politicians.
What’s really disgusting in Talansky’s testimony, is how petty Olmert is: he requested Talansky to pay for 3-day hotel stay in New York, for example.

peacekeeping missions in various odd countries.
Israeli Jews, of course, have volunteered enough for Sderot, for rebuilding the war-shattered Jewish communities in the North, for repairing bomb shelters, for helping poor and elderly Jews, and for other equally unimportant tasks in Israel.

In no self-respecting country a president and prime minister would wait for a foreign guest at the airport. It is a standard diplomatic protocol that mid-level officials meet honorary foreign guests at the airport.

In the apparent war of defamation, the following account surfaced. In 2006, Ehud Barak, then a private business consultant, tried to arrange an appointment with Shin Bet head Yuval Diskin to get his approval of the Partner-Orascom deal. An Egyptian telco holding Orascom wanted to increase its stake in Israeli mobile operator Partner, which might theoretically allow the Egyptians to wiretap Israelis. Sin Bet security service eventually banned the transaction. Though Israeli-Egyptian peace treaty prohibits discrimination, both countries widely practice it. So Barak lobbied for the Egyptians.
Diskin refused to meet Barak on the matter despite the likelihood of him returning to the government. In the corrupt world of Jewish politics, Diskin’s moral standards are pretty high.
