If he succeeds in striking a plea bargain with the leftist prosecution, he would achieve more than Olmert, Katsav, Deri, and others who went to jail or suffered humiliating prosecution.

But where are the charges against the 1,500 policemen and army officers who knowingly obtained these fake certificates and used them to milk the government for hundreds of millions?
