For Germans, Israel’s destruction is not a threat to world peace

Die Welt published a poll with some curious figures. While 58% of Germans think that nuclear Iran threatens the very existence of Israel, only 48% regard Iran as a threat to world peace.

Also, 18% of Germans consider Israel the prime danger to world peace.

Germans are not stupid

Israeli MKs invited to the German parliament reacted furiously when they discovered that the Germans were hosting a delegation of Iranian majlis at the same time.

But why not? Obviously, Iran is a much more important partner for Germany than Israel. A nuclear Iran poses no threat to Germany whatsoever. An Iranian proxy war against Israel would be a welcome development for the Germans, given the age-old German anti-Semitism.

Jews cannot count on other countries to do their bidding. It is our responsibility to bomb Natanz.

A Mossad agent was arrested in Poland on an extradition warrant issued by Germany. The agent had allegedly procured a German passport for the Mabhouh assassination team.

Now, a few things beg explanation.

Mossad was supposed to stop the practice of procuring real passports. The agency makes excellent forged passports, which obviates any practical need to obtain real ones, certainly not for operations in Asia.

Germany was not supposed to prosecute Israelis over the passport operations. On previous occasions, the Germany security service has stopped civil prosecutors from expressing interest in Mossad operations. Though we would normally expect the agent to be released soon, Germany had acted rather unfriendly in this case.

Mossad’s man was not supposed to travel in Europe under the same name the international warrant was issued for. The list of outstanding international arrest warrants is freely available to Israeli authorities, who would have needed to do nothing more than change the agent’s passport.

The Washington Post pointed out that at the same cabinet meeting in which the German government agreed to subsidize Israel’s sixth useless Dolphin submarine, it also provided a billion-dollar subsidy for liquified natural gas projects in Iran.

The LNG projects are a snub to Obama, who wants them covered by sanctions.

Netanyahu takes Auschwitz plans to Israel

After discussing the settlement freeze with Angela Merkel, Netanyahu was presented with Auschwitz blueprints from the German archives. He also toured the site of Berlin’s Wannsee Conference, which defined the goal of annihilating all the Jews.

Given Obama’s demands, Netanyahu needs all the experience he can get.

The visiting German FM stated that Middle East peace cannot advance unless Israel freezes the settlements. Presumably Hamas would then reconcile with Fatah, PIJ would dismantle its rocket arsenals, and all of them would embrace the Jewish state, if only it would stop a few housing projects in the West Bank.

Even the Nazis supported the Zionist settlement movement, if only as a way of moving the German Jews to Palestine.
