Greece cooperates with Israel only so far as Turkey threatens Cyprus’ gas field, which is shared by Israel. The moment Turkey accepts Greek exploration rights to the gas field, Greece will have no good reason to associate with the Jewish state.

Israeli politicians who expected Greece to replace Turkey as our training ground have been proved wrong.

That is a standard diplomatic procedure that does not reflect the French attitude toward the conflict or the value they place on Israeli or Arab casualties. France generally ignores Gazan deaths, but has to express formal concern when its quasi-diplomatic employees are injured.

Now, what’s wrong with this opinion? Rabbi Kahane held that same opinion, and we ourselves have been saying the same thing for years. Only the Israeli government fails to acknowledge that commonsense fact.

In the politically correct world, the riots are being blamed on economic hardship. Nonsense. Dirt-poor Jews in Eastern Europe did not riot in the nineteenth century. Poor Jews in present-day Israel do not set up tent camps—but relatively affluent leftists do.

Which answers the question of what caused the British riots. The immigrants are suddenly affluent compared to their previous standard of living. They do not have to work for living, but are content with subsidies. They have plenty of leisure time. Combine that with youthful radicalism and the lack of liberal traditions in their ethnic and religious cultures, which creates a feeling of impunity—and you have riots.

But instead of admitting that those immigrants are a culturally foreign element, that they are economic spongers who have to be repressed or evicted, the government contemplates more subsidies for them—which will only whet their appetites.

But why not? Obviously, Iran is a much more important partner for Germany than Israel. A nuclear Iran poses no threat to Germany whatsoever. An Iranian proxy war against Israel would be a welcome development for the Germans, given the age-old German anti-Semitism.

Jews cannot count on other countries to do their bidding. It is our responsibility to bomb Natanz.

Legally, their actions are similar to Israel’s interception of those boats, and perhaps are worse because the Greeks violated their own domestic laws by prohibiting the boats from leaving, whereas the Israeli ‘pirates’ may have violated vague international maritime law at most.

There was no media outcry against the Greek piracy.

Israeli media attended his press conference and duly reported his statement that the British government considers Israeli villages to be occupying Arab land. As if we should care what the British occupiers of the Falklands and invaders of Afghanistan think or say.

In Israel, his freedom of speech is unencumbered.
