Having cleansed their continent of Jews, the Europeans are now helping the Middle East to follow suit. This is not a joke. Jews thought that the world would satisfy itself by massacring Jews in Europe. No, the solution they mean for us is really final.

The parliament was sharply divided between right and left. Practically all the conservatives opposed the resolution. Regrettably, the Israeli government cannot bring itself to establish special relations with European ultra-right groups, preferring to rely instead on the traditional leftist partners who have now embraced the Palestinian side.

Since neither the liquidation of Mabhouh nor the forgery of  passports is considered illegal in Israel, Britain has no right to conduct criminal investigation here even with the approval of subservient Israeli authorities.

We would like to see the British reaction if Israeli police were to arrive in London to interview the many British citizens who happen to be active Hezbollah members.

The EU’s free trade agreement with Israel covers only territory which Israel has declared its own. No problem arises with produce from the Golan Heights  because Israel has annexed that land.

One would think that Israel-Palestinian issues have nothing to do with the EU, which in its cultural isolation had refused to admit Turkey. But the parliament’s president said openly that the debate signals the EU’s growing interest in the Middle East.

And Israel is a pawn in European neo-colonialist expansion. Never mind the hypocrisy of ever-warring European nations judging Jews for an insignificant military operation.

The Falklands debacle has not imparted to the British government the good sense to stop calling Judea and Samaria ‘occupied’ territories.

He unequivocally supported the Israeli war in Gaza, told Abbas to resume the fruitless peace talks with no preconditions, and remarked to journalists that he did not notice the separation wall, a symbol of the Israeli ‘occupation.’

The LNG projects are a snub to Obama, who wants them covered by sanctions.

In practical terms, British actions may be commendable and might even set Muslim terrorists against the UK. On the other hand, the ban is a clear violation of free speech rights, and it establishes a dangerous precedent.

Why doesn’t Israel start prosecuting visiting British officials on equally spurious charges of association with terrorist organizations and racial incitement against Jews?

One is left to wonder why religious discrimination is permissible while ethnic discrimination is not. The court had little latitude in deciding the case since, technically, Judaism is indeed an ethnicity because a descendant of Jews is a Jew. As with universal jurisdiction, British laws are biased against Jews.

Since Britain has decided on the Jewish state’s borders, it is only natural that it should also decide who is a Jew.

British courts have issued arrest warrants against Israeli officials numerous times, but the UK government’s reaction has always been muted. This time, however, the warrant was not issued against a general or a right-winger, but Tony Blair’s leftist peace partner.

The British won’t change their law to close the loophole. At most, a state prosecutor would attend court hearings.

Britain was the only major European country to support the Swedish draft that proclaimed Jerusalem the Palestinian capital.

Even if the British government believes that the Jewish state occupies Judea illegally, it urges no similar differentiation for products coming from the world’s many other occupied territories.

The final text of the resolution speaks a slightly softer language: Jerusalem is not called the Palestinian capital, but “a part” of the city must be included in a Palestinian state.

The ministers have no understanding of the subject. The ad hoc 1948 border is inconvenient both to Jews and Palestinians. Strictly implemented, it would leave Jews without even the Western Wall, and without all the government’s buildings.

For all our famed influence, Jews are losing the international PR battle because of the simple fact that Muslim aspirations in our land are congruent with Christian antisemitism.

Israel keeps its silence in the face of that outrage. How would the EU like an Arab League discussion of the international status of Paris?

In the meantime, Israel’s European “friends” will ask us for further concessions in return for their opposition to the irrelevant draft.

In reality, the EU has long extended de facto recognition to the Palestinian state, whose passports it accepts and with whom it maintains diplomatic relations. Since 1967 it has been clearly understood that the world won’t recognize East Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The EU, therefore, merely restates its position that East Jerusalem is an occupied territory.

In a world where France occupies Corsica and Russia occupies the Kuril Islands, Israel can continue occupying Jerusalem even if some Swedes think it belongs to Palestine.

Since minarets are an indispensable part of Islamic worship, the Swiss became the first people to say clearly that they do not want Muslims in their country.

The Swiss Supreme Court is not expected to challenge the new legislation.

Not long ago another model democracy, France, banned the hijab, the Muslim female head scarf, in public schools.

But Israel puts up with minarets and churches.

No similar punitive measures were applied against Northern Ireland or French-occupied Corsica.

Such concern for occupation is curious for a country that used to be the world’s largest empire.

We might add that Italians in UNIFIL bribed Hezbollah similarly.

Israel, too, can ask the International Criminal Court to investigate Sweden. Crimes against humanity carry no statute of limitations, and the ICC, technically, can prosecute Sweden for the savage crimes it committed against other European nations during its 17th-century conquests.

Unfortunately Swedish goodwill toward Israel, just like that of other Western countries, is limited to empty declarations.

Goods from the territories controlled by Fatah and Hamas terrorist groups are not targeted by the boycott.

The statement also demands that Israel unconditionally open all crossings with Gaza. The Europeans are undeterred by the fact that every sovereign state is entitled to close its borders to another state’s cargo and citizens.

While Muslims make up only 5% of British population, they grow 10 times faster than Christians.

The English Defense League, a right-wing organization we praised recently, had called on their members to counter-demonstrate. The expected clash pushed police to limit the Muslim demonstration to insignificance.

The League, whose name is unmistakably similar to Rabbi Kahane’s Jewish Defense League, protests the onslaught of alien immigrants. The League is politically-correctly disguised as a group opposed to violent Islam.

Instead of encouraging anti-Islamic feelings by any possible means, Jews side with our Muslim enemies to protest the right-wingers.

France traditionally appeases Iran: it harbored Ayatollah Khomeini when the Shah exiled him and then provided safe haven for the Shah’s last prime minister, as it did for the Mujahedeen Khalq terrorists. When VEVAK, Iran’s security service, murdered dissidents by the dozens in France, the local authorities did not interfere.

For imperial and commercial reasons, France has no problem with nuclear Iran.

Since the Israeli government has agreed in principle to cede Judea and Samaria to a Palestinian state, it is only natural that other countries view our continued hold on the West Bank as an occupation, and the separation wall as an encroachment on Palestinian areas.

Given Obama’s demands, Netanyahu needs all the experience he can get.

The cases are different. The cartoons, although protected by freedom of expression, contain negligible information, while the organ-harvesting story is full of information protected under the freedom of speech. For the Swedish government to condemn the story means stifling the debate without investigating its merits.

No less foolishly, Israeli Internal Minister Yishai suspended new visas to all Swedish journalists. A great way indeed to build rapport, and to dispel allegations of collective punishment. The journalists, as Scandinavian citizens, need no visa to enter Israel, and can enter Gaza from Egypt.

The Ambassador called “appalling” an article in the Swedish tabloid Aftonbladet, which accused IDF of kidnapping Palestinians for the purpose of harvesting their organs. According to critics, the Ambassador offended the newspaper’s freedom of speech.

Still, Israel has not served a formal protest to any foreign government which finances such criminal, illegal activity.

The ban is unlikely because of the great influence NGOs have on leftist parties and the High Court. Shimon Peres, whose NGOs are the largest beneficiaries of foreign aid, would oppose the legislation.

The ban would be unenforceable because the aid can be channeled through Western NGOs and wealthy Israeli leftists, rather than coming directly from hostile governments.

Tit for tat is the only proper response, with Israel financing pro-independence NGOs in Basque Country and Northern Ireland. They would also appreciate military training in Israel and once they win, we can be assured of more friendly governments.

After decades of suppression, anti-Semitism is again on the rise in Germany, where polls indicate a quarter of the population holds strongly anti-Semitic views.

Breaking the Silence’s major donors include the British and Dutch embassies and the EU. Financing of local political organizations is a major breach of diplomatic protocol, and a common reason for expelling diplomats as personae non grata.

While their behavior is offensive, it does not present a clear danger to society, and the proper way of dealing with it is through civil defamation suits.

The government will spend millions to keep the murderer and his twenty-four accomplices alive and well; their Jewish victim is dead.

The group, which is linked to the rising British National Party, planned attacks on Muslim rather than Jewish targets. The crackdown appears to be the establishment’s reaction to BNP’s electoral gains.

Far-right groups worldwide are increasingly turning from anti-Semitic to anti-Muslim attacks. Short of welcoming the patriots outright, Jewish liberals better turn a blind eye to them.

Even the Nazis supported the Zionist settlement movement, if only as a way of moving the German Jews to Palestine.

We can help the European taxpayers out: stop giving money to Palestinians. The EU donates more money to the PLO than do all Arab states combined.

The EU statement features such old lies as the accusation that Israel maintains Jew-only roads which somehow leave the Palestinians without fertile land.

Sarkozy is notoriously loose-lipped when commenting on foreign leaders.

The new law leaves the Spanish Judge Andreu still more interested in prosecuting IDF’s top brass for killing a Palestinian terrorist along with his family, because the case may be the last of its kind.

And look who is talking:

The Prophets told us that salvation will come when all nations turn against Israel. Only in our age of globalization did that become possible.

The case was brought by a woman who “converted” to Judaism under the Reform canon, which involves little more than an Allah Akbar declaration. Her child, naturally, was denied admission into an Orthodox school.

The court ruled that the admission criterion was ethnic rather than religious. Then Christian schools are also ethnic, because the pupils are children of Christian parents and made no conscious choice of religion themselves. It is also unclear why religious discrimination is legal while ethnic discrimination is not.

If the House of Lords upholds the appeal court’s decision, the twenty-three-centuriy-old system of Jewish education may fall apart under the onslaught of those who seek free education for their children in private Jewish schools. More likely, Jews will exclude the gentiles implicitly with measures such as private scholarships to Jews only.

Lest you think that the British court is just anti-Semitic, the Israeli High Court ruled years ago that the Jewish National Fund cannot refuse to lease Arabs land bought and developed with private Jewish money.

As usual, court Jews are the species most dangerous to Israel.
