Fatah gangster Fayad, other officials lashed out against donor countries for their failure to subsidize the Palestinian Authority. That “failure” led to Palestinian budget deficit of $2 billion. It doesn’t occur to Palestinians that budget deficit cannot be donors’ fault, but is the result of their own abysmal productivity and irresponsible spending. 5% of Palestinians are employed by their government as security men. Astonishingly for Fatah thugs, Arab donor countries demand more transparent accounting and reconciliation with Hamas. Israel is the only donor who pays Fatah on time with “tax transfers.”
Palestine receives more foreign aid than Israel.

Ultra-left Colonel Itzik Bar barred Jewish cars from entering many places in Israeli-controlled Samaria to punish Jewish pioneers (”settlers”) for clashing with the army. The curfew lasted Sunday and Monday. The clashes ensued after the Israeli army destroyed Jewish hamlets (”illegal outposts”), making families homeless, and refused to defend Jews against stone-throwing Arabs.
No similarly harsh measures were taken against Palestinians and left-wingers of Jewish origin who again attacked Israeli army, police forces near Naalin village.

In the memo to the Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Israeli Council of University Deans lashed out against the security restrictions on admitting Gaza students to Israeli universities for sensitive studies, first of all chemistry (the bomb-making). Israeli professors, the overwhelming majority of whom are ultra-left, demand academic freedom for Palestinians - and to hell with their Jewish victims. Minister of Education Yuli Tamir, a founding member of virulently anti-Semitic organization Peace Now, supports the deans’ demand. The Supreme Court sided with academics in its 2006 ruling.
Not a single Jewish student studies in the many Palestinian universities. Under the barbaric Jewish occupation, Palestinians got more universities (per capita) in the West Bank than any other Arab country. No country allows unlimited number of foreigners to its universities; every country has visa restrictions. Israeli government heavily subsidizes universities, and Palestinian (foreign) students enjoy those subsidies. Israeli universities currently educate more than 4,000 future PLO leaders.
