Unless Doron is incredibly stupid, which is not the case, this information, which is highly embarrassing to Iran, is meant to harden that country’s stance in Vienna. Iran had already denied the IAEC report.

Israel torpedo attempt may be counterproductive. Relations between two countries may get worse only. So, Israel torpedo “attack” was not thought over.
