0.1percent of the Israeli population is diagnosed with AIDS. The most simple and efficient measure to stop AIDS in Israel would be to deport the Ethiopian Christians and illegal African immigrants who carry the bulk of disease.

What kind of facts back up your claim that Christian Ethiopians and the “Illegal” immigrants carry most of the diseases?
First of all, most of the Africans that you will meet (if you bother to actually speak to the people you are judging) are very religious Christians and far from the type you would assume to be promiscuous. I sincerely doubt they are engaging in sexual activity at a high rate especially amoung the native Israeli population.
The Christian Ethiopians that are here, are here so by the law of return and they have every right to be here as much as ANY JEW. Most of the Ethiopians are Jewish and the few that were raised Christian still have Jewish heritage and have every right to be here.
Why someone would assume that because they were Christian Ethiopians they would be more disease ridden is beyond me and is extremely racist. There is plenty of reason to believe that the very small .1% you claim has the HIV virus (current data on this can be found http://hivinsite.ucsf.edu/global?page=cr06-is-00 ) I suggest that (one the of the highest HIV epidemics in the world) and have “fun”. Then presumably they bring back the disease to our country.
The attitude about casual sex in Tel Aviv is more relaxed than any other major city I have ever been to. If you are SINCERE about wanting to stop the epidemic than propose real education about SAFE SEX in schools. Especially religious schools as there is massive amounts of religious men frequenting the whore houses in south tel aviv (that are filled with JEWISH immigrants) .
There are numerous studies which confirm that bulk of AIDS in Israel is among Ethiopians and other blacks.
