Israel and Indonesia have signed ceremonial agreement between their emergency medical response agencies. Though the agreement per se is worthless, it breaches a wall of hostility toward Israel in Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim country.

Indonesia and Israel relations will hardly ever be too close. But nevertheless it is nice that there is some more understanding now between Indonesia and Israel.
It’s easier to have friendly relations with Indonesia then with Egypt, for instance after Israel gas import from this country. But Muslims will never be friends of Jews.
