Israel’s relations with Switzerland worsened dramatically after the Swiss agreed to purchase a considerable volume of natural gas from Iran. But the supplies are expected to begin in 2011 and probably much later. By that time, Israel either has to destroy the Iranian nuclear facilities, or there is no longer any point in sanctions against Iran.
