Iranians support Ahmadinejad

Defying international sanctions, Iranians elected pro-Ahmadinejad candidates into Iran parliament, apparently making them the largest faction. the US-supported “moderate” ultra-fundamentalist clericals finished long behind. Iran’s Council of Guardians disqualified almost 2,000 independent candidates from running for the elections as they are insufficiently loyal to Islam.
