Sheetrit declared that Kadima will join Likud’s government only if Netanyahu promises to apply every effort to forming a Palestinian state. Netanyahu is under intense pressure from the Americans to form a unity government.
Sheetrit lambasted Lieberman’s anti-Arab slogan, “No loyalty, no citizenship” as not “Kadima’s method.”
No loyalty, no citizenship is a very nice slogan indeed. Because Jews are very kind granting their citizenship to Arabs, illegal African immigrants and the like. And if the government sticks to the no loyalty, no citizenship principle there will be much fewer problems.
There is a “private jail” in Israel nowadays. So, everyone who’s dissatisfied by the policy of the government may feel free to join those who are already there.
