IDF takes revenge for failure of talks on Shalit

As the current truce with Hamas didn’t include the return of Cpl.Shalit, IAF hit a car with five members of the Dughmush clan, including the commander late Mr. Muntaz Dughmush.
Hamas couldn’t return Shalit as he was held by a powerful local clan of Dughmush, a.k.a. Army of Islam.
Instead of Shalit, Hamas probably passed to Israel the intelligence on Dughmushes.
Assassination of Dughmushes suggests that Israeli government doesn’t fear the clan members harming Shalit. Either Hamas is powerless against Dughmush and the IDF has opted for an all-out threat to the rest of the clan’s leaders, or Shalit is already transferred to PRC, Dughmush’s partner in the kidnapping, and is not likely to suffer as the result of the assassination.
