The Jerusalem Post reports that Jerusalem municipal committees have completely stopped even reviewing plans for Jewish construction in East Jerusalem since the Biden scandal. Not just construction, but even preliminary planning is completely frozen.
We do not support piecemeal construction in East Jerusalem as it cannot anchor this territory for Jews. The eviction of Arabs could accomplish this, but fearful one-house-at-a-time construction cannot.
But Netanyahu beats his chest publicly that he will never stop Jewish construction in East Jerusalem.
