Each and every family, each to his own abilities, should be issued the building tools necessary to search out and help build the house of his neighbor. Leave no family without a home, no home without warmth, no warmth without food, no food without the ability to buy it. Just use the teach a man to fish philosophy. We don’t need to “socialize” it, just be neighborly.
