Hamas officials complain to Al-Hayat newspaper that [Egyptians] forced them to abandon the demand for Israeli pullout from Judea and Samaria. Consider the extent of the Egyptian support for Hamas if it was able to push the terrorist group to accept a ceasefire.

Perhaps hamas has not yet killed enough egyptians for them to get the message. They continue to threaten to “rush” the egypt border, then they proclaim : “no we’re not going to do that”. I guess they need incentive as well.
