As we expected, the government for the most part has lifted the Gaza blockade after having been framed in the Marmara debacle.
Worthless international monitors will return to Gaza and pretend to screen Hamas cargo for weapons. As before, Hamas will be able to get its more sensitive cargo through customs without inspections, and the monitors will turn a blind eye to smuggling.
Holding an Israeli citizen hostage, shelling our towns with rockets, and proclaiming the goal of our destruction do not affect the flow of aid.
