Human Rights Watch broke into the intelligence offices in Tripoli and found extensive and friendly correspondence between Gadhafi’s security establishment and the CIA and MI6. As we were saying all along, Gadhafi proved a very pro-Western ruler, highly cooperative in anti-terrorist matters.
