I think an imposed fine on those corporate follies in like amounts equal to the losses of the cheated home buyers is a win win situation. Thereby creating no additional burden on the tax payers. If that seem unsatisfactory to those corporate cheats then “allow” them to forfeit their own homes to compensate for the losses they created in the name of profit.
Don’t get me wrong now, I’m all for making a profit, but one cannot do so at the expense of another.
If they would just follow TORAH we would not have these problems.
