The Arab nest is off-limits to common Israelis and even the police enter it on armored vehicles. It was unconceivable to hold a Jewish event in the friendly Arab town full of terrorist supporters. Baruch Marzel’s Jewish National Front party (vote for it) broke the rule by appealing to the Supreme Court. Baruch’s associates argued that since police allows homosexual parades in Jerusalem and allocates thousands of policemen to protect the perverts, normal Jews can expect no less cooperation.
Regardless of the police presence, the march would remain highly dangerous for its participants whose aim is to bring to Umm al Fahm the message that terrorists and other Muslims are not welcome in our country.
