British court decides who is a Jew

The British Supreme Court cited a local law recognizing Jews as an ethnic group rather than a religion, to rule against a Jewish school which refused admittance to the child of a non-Orthodox “convert.”

One is left to wonder why religious discrimination is permissible while ethnic discrimination is not. The court had little latitude in deciding the case since, technically, Judaism is indeed an ethnicity because a descendant of Jews is a Jew. As with universal jurisdiction, British laws are biased against Jews.

Since Britain has decided on the Jewish state’s borders, it is only natural that it should also decide who is a Jew.

This report is wrong, because if only the father is a jew, then the child is not considered a Jew -Law left from Roman times, not Greek times in Old Israel, because up to that point, the father was the one passing “jewishness” to the child, but it was changed as women were raped by the romans, and noone knew if the father was a Jew or a Roman. But in any case. The Rabbis have not updated the law.And we wonder why it seems that G-d seems to have forgotten Israel. Well, that is one issue to solve – BUT LETS FACE IT – RABBIES ARE PRE-OCCUPIED GIVING “THE SACRED” BOOK OF KORAN TO PEOPLE WHO WANT NOTHING BUT DESTROY ISRAEL. So, even G-d is confused and so is the rest of the world – The Brits are AT LEAST trying to make some sense, since WE DO NOT

The answer to the question who decides who is a jew should depend upon the country, I think. I.e. if you are a Jew – let it be. But the ules of public behavior and the like will be selected by the government. That’s why the correct answer to the question who decides who is a Jew is the country you live in.

People always tend to complain how miserable they are. But it’s not only Jews but any other immigraNTS MAY SAY IT’S HARD TO LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. buT THEY SEEM TO not like GB. And each step the British take are regarded as hostile by Jews. For instance, when British military, Palestine smuggling and universal jurisdiction are mentioned, Jews simply go ballsistic, although there is nothing so starnge about the Brits.

Nowadays who is a Jew Britain may decide only. But since israelis themselves demand subjection on part of other peoples living within the country, why shouldn’t it be that who is a Jew Britain decides?

If the British can so easily define the nationality of other people, perhaps they could easily cope with those burning dog alive in Israel Rahat? Because evvidently, Jews can’t cope themselves.
