The Negev Bedouins collected for Al Qaeda information about sensitive Israeli targets. In December, two Arabs in Galilee were arrested on similar charges.
The Bedouins got in touch with Al Qaeda through the Islamic Movement, a large and militant anti-Jewish organization legal in Israel.
