You mixed two different questions. There is no argument that we displaced Palestinian Arabs in 1948, whether through explicit action or implicit threat thereof. Moreover, we do have a hand in Gaza's currently miserable condition, though I would estimate that 50% of the responsibility for it lies on the Gazans themselves who don't want to work, and 30% on other Arabs and UNRWA who forcibly keep them in that non-viable place.

But that's just a common logic of building your state in someone else's territory. Current inhabitants displaced aborigines in North America and yes, even in Britain (about 3rd century BCE, if you care).

You say the people of Gaza are "seething with hate and resentment", and of course, they have no reason to feel that way with Isreal's exemplary behaviour towards them right?
Its alright that palestinians are forcibly stripped of their homes so that Isreal may get its greedy clutches on them.
Its alright that men and women and babies alike wether innocent or not are butchered because they are the "ultimate human waste" and Isreal is only protecting its civilians.

Hi Obadiah and Daniel,

This comment is a little off-topic, but I wanted to alert you somehow: your RSS feed appears to be empty. It exists on the site, however, no RSS readers can read your feed. This may reduce your web traffic, as many people read blogs through them.

Take care guys, blessings and shabbat shalom,
-Judah
