		<description>great comments, and an excellent idea for us to pull back and let the iraqi gov&#039;t do it&#039;s job. however, to leave bfore the iraqi&#039;s can take care of themselves (infrastructure, pipeline reconstruction, police, courts, food and water)would be a disaster of epic proportion.  all the $$ spent and to have to do it again in 10 years when some other despot takes over? not a good idea. meanwhile, as in casablanca, we wait, and wait, and wait.</description>
