They are deluded. It doesn't. only a minority of Muslims ever visit Mecca for the Hajj. Islam's strength (including Islamists) lies in our holy book. The Quran. We can survive without Mecca, didn't you survive without Jeruslam for centuries? If Rome were nuked, Christinaity wouldn't die. A mushroom cloud over Mecca wouldn't destroy the Islamists, if anything, they'd have the worlds one billion plus behind them. America would be finished. At best, America would kill millions, that would include radiation reaching Israel, and the oil that America needs. That said.... If nuking Mecca would be the price that we have to pay to unite the Muslim world against our enemies.....then....I for one, would see it as a blessing.
