The Israeli problem has always been in dealing with the Arabs as if they were Europeans. This is a grave mistake.

Arab society has never undergone the European Enlightenment. The culture does not acknowledge the Dignity of Man or believe that humans "are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights," as all Western cultures have done for from two to three centuries already.

In fact, the very notion of the Rights of Man is antithetical to Islam, which means literally "submission". All humans must SUBMIT to God; they are not created for any other purpose than to obey (the laws of Mohammed), and those who fail to submit have forfeited their lives.

Against such a mindset the over-compassionate modern tendency to cultural relativism can never overcome, nor even survive. Truly it is as the Talmud teaches us, "He who begins by being kind to the cruel, ends by being cruel to the kind." Having a surfeit of mercy on one who values not his own life, and hates others, proves this teaching true - we let these savages go only so that they can kill again and again, sometimes even destroying themselves in the hope that they can destroy others with them.

The paradox, unfortunately, is that if we act exactly like them than we are no better than them.

Make the laws, then put these people to trial. Hang them if you wish. After all, 6 thousand Palestinian lives are nothing compared with the 6 million Jewish lives killed in the Holocaust. Judge and be judged.

"(...)And they will recognize the swap as hard-won concession, not goodwill.Arabs will be proud of their achievement and prompted to repeat the tactical victory (...)"

Exchange prisonners in warfair is strategic not tatical (even if, some classic author's disagree)
So, arabs mistake.
Israel does have hundreds of conspirouce arabs inside barrs and plus hundreds to buy the ticket.
You recognize "Now, kidnapping Israeli soldiers is unprofitable per se, and only prisoners’ swaps make it profitable, thus provoke.
Israeli problem of having too many prisoners reminds of biblical(...)"the separatism in history, (if you accept the other examples), so profit comes along with the media cover of one failure of the might power israreli army.
In my opinion as i see it, you don't recognize no governemment to negociate (neither do Palestinians), so an international court would settle the matter.
