Furthermore the Boer people are the poorest segment of the White population & have historically been poor as the whole reason the Boers even emerged as a people was due entirely to those impoverished folks who trekked out of the Western Cape during the late 1600s & throughout the 1700s & began to live as nomadic pastoralists on the Cape frontier. Today many perhaps even most Boers live under the poverty line due to Affirmative Action policies which discriminate against White people which affects the Boer people the most due to their working class & economically deprived background. Remember that the Boers are a minority within the White South African population as thy are outnumbered by the Cape Dutch descended Afrikaners & the English speakers. There was a mythology surrounding the Boer people during the 20th cent as they were often conflated with the more affluent & powerful Afrikaners: most of whom were not of Boer descent. The Afrikaners appropriated the heritage of the Boers in order to justify their domination of the macro State of South Africa as created by the British following the Anglo-Boer War. That is the basis of being politically equal. They werent even allowed to walk in certain areas or beaches. As a result your whole argument in inherently flawed.
