Well CNN hasn't acquired the monikers of, "Clinton News Network" or "Commie News Network" for nothing...

Thankfully one can check on some of the CNN fairytales with outfits like MERMI for instance...

I believe the reference is to the fact that Arab media are the most profitable customer of CNN. CNN makes news snippets for Arab media (Western media usually make snippets itself), and make them to Arab tastes. That practice influences the way CNN presents news to its Western audiences.

I second Ray's question. Maybe Danny has a few words of wisdom for us?

Obadiah,

Please substantiate your statement that BBC is "Arab paid". (They sure behave as if they were, but do you have any evidence?)

A number of years ago we were lucky enough to visit France and all of the D-day memorials in Normandy. Including the cemetery featured in the movie Saving Private Ryan. My husband has a degree in military history and is one class away from a Master's degree in WWII history. He is also active duty Air Force. Anyways, I thought it was very interesting to visit the museums and memorials in France, their interpretation of the events of WWII are very different than our interpretation. We never heard this interpretation of America's part in WWII due to the govt control of our media. Now it is controlled by business. I don't know that we have ever had a free press, unless you count the Internet. Anyways, great post.
