Since they have always had the front row seats in the battle, having the closest physical proximity to Jewish Pariah State,that has always been their self-professed "unique calling and claim". They think their continuous rejection and eternal hatred qualifies them to immediate entrance into the Pan-Islamic world's "Hall of Fame". Somewhat like getting your "72 virgins" because of your willingness to (use a sports metaphor) leave it all "on the playing field" of life. And these people proved their mettle back in the original rejection of Israel in 1948 when they willingly vacated their homes to help the half dozen or so invading Moslem armies push the Jews "into the sea". Of course, the "tender mercies" of Islam has since then appointed them to be eternal refugees in UN camps for the future (in which we live) when they could be useful for getting the events going that will be leading to the final solution to the Jewish Problem that plagues Islam. After all, nothing is worse than what has happened: not only has the world's most vulnerable "dhimmi" people escaped, but it now has been elevated to the status of the "little Satan" when it comes to Islamic nightmares. Israel's resurrection and modern existence among the nations only confirms its prophetic, scriptural validity and the fact that Islam is a spiritual fraud. And as you pointed out, "Modern Israel is a new state. No new state was ever founded without relocation of the locals." Part of the problem with the Jews is the fact that they DID solve their refugee problem when their "locals" were evicted from their home and property through out the M.E. by their former Arab Moslem overlords back in the 1950s. So you are right, even if Israel eliminated " Hezbollah now,another guerilla group will come in its stead. Someone will always stand up for their" OPPRESSED RELIGION.
