In the bigger picture, the so called Democratic government of Israel, already deprives its citizens of whatever right it can get away with. The only thing that can keep abusive governments in check, is their people, but I have absolutely no faith in the Israeli people to do that. The settlers, on the other hand, are proud of who they are, and rightfully do not feel the need to apologize for that. I, personally, am already in enough of a pickle, but I speak for others – not for myself.
