The policy should be : for every kidnapped soldier or civilian that is not returned safe and unharmed ,10+ terrorists ,in Israeli hands, should be shot. For every bus being blown up,blow up 10 Arab buses. Fight the enemy with his own weapons..... Doing so , maybe the Israeli people will be proud again of the government and our image abroad can't get worse than it already is.
