By refusing to engage a unified PA, he is effectively stalling, possibly dismantling, the Oslo process. His lack of political achievements is itself a great achievement. The greatest current challenge for Israel is holding onto Judea-Samaria and the Golan. So far Netanyahu is doing a fine job of it. Offering the PA a state with no military, no Jordan valley, no right of return, no Jerusalem, no international airport etc., is not much of an offer at all. Netanyahu only made the offer because of the negotiating position he inherited from Olmert. I think Bibi is a pathological liar, but his web of lies are perpetuating the status quo (no PA state) and for that I support him.
