Aschheim's book, Brothers and Strangers. There they will find the Prelude to the Holocaust - the animosity between German Jewry & Polish Jewry. Nothing like being slandered in the community. I have had more then one run in with the 'leaders' of a community and called them on their loshon hara. They back down rather quickly, that can be assured. We come from different angles, but the result is the same. I know many Jews who want to escape this bondage too, thus the redemption.
