In biological perspective Muhammadans can be compared to invasive species. Such species when imported to a place where they don’t belong, spread uncontrollably displacing and eliminating the native species. In many cases such invasive species are devoid of any value, and ofter parasitic.

The point was not about letting some international tribunal decide about the Jewish state.
It is about having a strong argument in the court of public opinion. Like it, or not, but it matters hugely what people in other countries, especially America and Europe think about Israel.
If they think that Jewish people have the natural right to the state of Israel, then such support will translate great success for Israel. Then Israel will not hesitate to control the whole Land of Israel, and to expel all the disloyal Arabs.
If Jews clearly claim their right as indigenous people of the Land of Israel (maliciously named “Palestine” by the Romans), then even Arabs will come to terms with Jews as neighbors. At least Arabs will know what Jews are up to. Jews want their ancient country, that’s all. No need to worry about Jews taking over Mecca, Medina and Baghdad, so relax. Let the Jews have their land, since you can’t beat them anyway.

So again, it is not about having some international court deciding. (While theoretically such court would be a great idea, in reality humanity has not yet arrived at the place where such court is possible.) It is about claiming our rights loudly and clearly!

I haven’t completely finished reading Obadiah’s book (just downloaded it a little while back), but I have gotten to his argument that Israel should just take the land she wants and that the world powers will not object — they never do. World opinion (and Arabs)respects strength and despise weakness and unpredictability in enemies. I completely agree. Screw world opinion and the Jewish state will have the respect of world opinion and acquiescence to her just claims. Don’t argue about the justifications until you have already taken what you want. And give nothing back.

I have read Samson Blinded, and I agree 90% with Obadiah. Still, Israel is not a superpower that can survive entirely on it’s own. It needs relations with other countries, it needs trade. International boycott of Israel would be devastating. Ultimately you are probably right that even in spite of the “world opinion” Israel should take the land and expel the anti-Israeli Arabs. However such action with very clear statement of the Jewish perspective would be much better. It is clearly an advantage to present the point of Jewish right, rather than being perceived as an international gangster.
And it is truly shocking to me that even Israeli politicians are talking about “Israeli Occupied West Bank” instead of “Arab Occupied Judea”. How is it possible that the people who are supposed to represent the Jewish people are using the enemy terminology?
This is without a parallel in the world. For example no Pakistan politician could ever call Norther Kashmir “Pakistani Occupied Kashmir” (as India calls it).
