You haven't been there to see if indeed Hezbolah/Hamas hides weapons and other military stuff in civil areas. This is what the press says. On the other hand i have many Lebanese friends that say that their areas were attacked even though they weren't hidding any weapons. Again, it is possible that they weren''t aware of this. but all these are suppositions. We don't know what really happened on the field. So...let's stop making assumptions because if arabs are bad, then the Juden are also abd and vice versa.
