you are right.
And I run into the White Americans living in Hawaii, who condemn Jews for "stealing the land from Palestinians". One such "progressive", "pro-peace" bitch told me: "How would you feel if someone told you to get off your land?"
I pointed out to her that she was living on the land stalled from the native Hawaiians. She replied that she paid for the land!! (Though she did not pay to Hawaiians only to the White thieves.
So it appeared to me that, that the American denouncement of Israelis is really a projection of their own guilt for stealing the land from the natives.
After all, Jews are only asking the Arabs to move to some Arab country. Hawaiians have nowhere to move. Neither did the Native Americans anywhere to move...
So the American condemnation is based in guilt and projection.

These kids have the right mindset.
They don't say Israel. We don't say Palestine.
There is no 'Palestinian problem'. There is an Arab problem, created by Arab invaders, who occupied our territories - the land of Israel on both side of the Jordan river.

Palestinians are not a coherent nation, either.
The point is, they were human, and murdered, and the land taken from them. So I really love when Americans denounce our treatment of Palestinian Arabs.

"Physical existence doesn’t make many people a people. Not that it matters: Native Indians were quite a people."

Can't help but notice your infatuation/obsession with Indian Americans as an example of the Israeli context. Indians were not a people. They were hundreds of clans of disparate people, "tribes", that fought like Hatfields and McCoys. They were as primitive a people (dogs and women were their "truckers")as any culture has ever produced and divided by their animosity for each other that precluded the European invasion...and which made such an invasion so complete because "a nation divided against itself falls." Only in that sense were they even a "nation". They didn't hang together (language barriers didn't help much but only made even more pronounced "gaps" hard, if not impossible to bridge) so, to quote from Franklin, they were hanged by the white folks, each tribe, "separately".
Your analogy to Israel is somewhat forced, bro' (:~))

True. I spoke with arab kids who lived in Israel not long time ago. When asked where they are from, they said "palestine". When I said that they actually lived in Israel, they replied "we don't say Israel". They are indeed natives... of the Arabian peninsula. The one good thing is that they left to Canada though.

But Jews have a much stronger claim to the Land of Israel, than the while settlers had to America. Why underplay this?
Why should we use the enemy's language by calling the Pal-Arabs "natives", or "indigenous".
The very word Jew, is derived from the Latin "Judean", a person of Judea. How can Jews be anything but natives of Judea? And who is served by calling Pal-Arabs "natives"?
