Many outside the West have adopted western standards for judging the worth of people and societies. Creating "systems", having society function like a machine; these are modern western attributes. So-called primitive societies, organized in small family groupings, had value not readily discernible to those who judge by purely modern (western) standards. Africa has been thrust onto the world stage and forced into large geographic systems called "nations". Upheavals have resulted, mega-conflicts that have brought great suffering to Africa. This site is not anti-African, in my opinion. It is speaking only in terms of realpolitik, how the Jewish people can protect and strengthen themselves in the world. That won't do. Similarly, the Western aid cannot bridge the gap between Africa and the West. It's a matter of culture and work ethics, developed through millennia. The left love to lump us together with racists, which is wrong. Blacks are welcome to universities, jobs, and buses (though not through affirmative action) - but Africa won't reach a Western level.
