While the west, especially under B. My point then and the current events of unrest there in Iran by the people confirms this approach. In other words, the people of Iran are actually on OUR side. They don’t like being time-warped back 14 centuries by the ayatollahs and their little mouth piece/former head of torture, Ahmadinijad.

But please, brother, at least throw me a bone on that “Muslims and Jews will ultimately be together, as prophecized” statement of yours. If you mean, as all nations will be “together” (let’s say, fulfilling Zechariah 14’s injunction to all nations to come up yearly to Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles) then yes, of course, even Muslims will be reconciled to Jews.
But from that same text, it also mentions Egypt (through Hagar, the “Mother of Islam”) and does so specifically, TWICE within the two verses (Zechariah 14: 17-18). Egypt and Islam (Gog and Magog) are a curse to all the nations that follow it’s rebellion (see the ultimate end of this, about a thousand years hence: Revelation 20:1-10). Egypt and it’s Islamic spawn embody the curse that characterizes Ishmael’s seed. Let me quote it for you from the Torah, as it prophesied about what to expect from the descendents of Ishmael (his personal, at least potential but undocumented 180 degree about turn not withstanding):

If Obadiah Shoher says all jews should leave the diaspora and live in Israel, and we should expel non Jews, FINE. i don’t have a problem with that, since it’s not hypocritical. The world may or may nt agree with that, but there is no hypocricy in saying that.

What Shoher says is that non Jews should be expelled from Israel.
